It is K time
It starts in Dusseldorf the main International Exibition devoted to plastic and rubber. The aim is to understant how to face environmental, energetic and technological challenges. It opens it gates in Dusseldorf the K2022, the main three-years exhibition devoted to the industry of rubber and plastic, that this year celebrates its seventeenth birthday. To welcome the visitors without any restriction due to Covid, there will be 3.037 exhibitors on a surface of 179.000 net squared meters, practically all the 18 Halls and some external areas, a strong test for the performance of the legs of the visitors. As a general rule, the exhibiting programme covers the whole technological and research field of the tools and machines for the transformation of several available material – commodities, technopolymers and composites – there will also be transformers, Research Institutes and representatives of the Academic and Education sectors.
Among the exhibitors, Italy’s presence is significant also this year: our representatives are the majority after that of the host country: 404 registered companies, against the 871 German exhibitors, but in any case before the chinese (308), this year limited by the Covid restrictions still in place in Asia. In general there will be represented 60 countires with a few exception, as Russia subject to sanction.
