«Disruptive» the impact of the SUP directive (and a unified European framework is missing)

Disposable plastic banned all over Europe: as of July the 3rd, the sup directive (single use plastic) has entered into force.
which is the impact on the European industry of plastic material? «disruptive», according to Alexandre Dangis, managing director of EUPC, association of the European plastic material processors.
Disposable plastic banned in Europe. according to Dangis it is the lack of a unified European framework with a wide scope of interpretation given to the national legislators.
the member states- according to the directors are developing the impossibility to preserve the final goal of the harmonisation all over Europe.
SUP directive  – disruptive impact – it is positive to go to the direction to encourage the recovery of plastic material. it is also necessary a greater sharing to build toghether a unified European framework.
On this issue we play the solidity of Europe as unique nation, not as a set of different states.
