In November, according to Istat’s monthly survey, industrial production in Italy fall by -0.3% compared to October and by -3.7% compared to the same month last year, with the same number of working days. In the average of the September-November quarter, the production level decreased by 1.0% compared to the previous three months. Regarding the production of rubber and plastic goods, November showed a slight recovery compared to October (+0.4%), but a stronger decline (-6.9%) compared to November 2021. In the first 11 months of 2022, the industry index decreased by -4.5% year-on-year.
