Process

The production of water-soluble articles involves a number of fundamental process steps, each of which requires professionalism, care and specific skills that ECOMAVI has developed and fine-tuned over the past 25 years.

Blending

The production process starts with raw materials that are mixed and transformed into granules suitable for extrusion. Different formulas are used depending on the end result to be obtained and the process for which the finished products are intended.

Extrusion

ECOMAVI water-soluble film is the result of a blown extrusion process. The machine park consists of a series of modern extruders for the production of tubular and monolayer film, which can be customised in terms of width, thickness, mechanical and chemical characteristics.

Packaging

The extruded tubular film is thus separated into reels, trimmed and embossed ready to be packaged, or passes to welding for the production of bags, always customisable in terms of size and thickness.

Finished product

Given the peculiar sensitivity of water-soluble products to environmental conditions, for a better storage and to preserve their chemical and mechanical characteristics, the reels are wrapped in protective film and placed in boxes, the bags are packed into polyethylene bags and placed into boxes.
